Director of Performance / Co-Founder
After his time as a collegiate and professional athlete, Nic decided to pursue his true calling: performance coaching for elite athletes. Since beginning his career in Los Angeles, Nic’s desire to help individuals reach their highest potential has expanded beyond just elite athletes, as he now works with clients from all walks of life. Whether it’s your 1st training session ever or you’re a Super Bowl MVP, Nic has the tools, knowledge, and experience to not only guide you, but push you to achieve your goals.
Betina Gozo is a Nike Master Trainer and creator of Women’s Health Magazine's Woman's Guide to Strength Training. Betina works with clients and top industry leaders as a fitness professional with a focus on strength training. Her #1 goal is to use fitness and training to inspire people to make positive lifestyle changes so they can live their most optimal lives. You can find her in the Nike Training Club App, where she takes you through her energetic workouts. She also is the founder of the Dance with Mweyne Foundation, an organization with a mission to serve and bring sustainability to children and adults with disabilities in developing countries.
Director of Nutrition
Cynthia Sass is a nationally known performance nutritionist and three time New York Times best selling author with master's degrees in both nutrition science and public health. One of the first registered dietitians to become a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, she has consulted for five professional sports teams in the NBA, NHL, and MLB, including five seasons with the New York Yankees. In her private practice Sass has counseled Oscar, Grammy, and Emmy winners, and professional athletes in numerous sports, and is a frequent media expert, columnist, and writer.
Director of Sports Medicine
Bill is a certified athletic trainer who was previously employed by the Buffalo Bills. In his time in the NFL, he operated as an integral part of a Sports Medicine team to optimize the health and performance of his athletes. He is formally trained in evaluation, prevention and treatment/rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries. Bill currently operates his own business in Los Angeles and services a wide range of clients from professional athletes to clothing designers.
Director of Community / Coach
Alex, a former DI collegiate cheerleader, has a background in Strength and Performance Training and has experience with everyday athletes and elite athletes alike. Alex found her love of yoga through athletics and now as a teacher helps students discover this outlet as a part of their training regimen for a sound body and sound mind. She brings a well-rounded approach of all facets of health to her clients as a certified fitness instructor, personal trainer, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Function Mobility Specialist and Nutrition Coach.
