8 Week Sculpt Fitness Training Program
This 8 week program is designed to push your limits, both mentally and physically. Our well-rounded approach will have plenty resistance training, i.e. muscle building, as well as cardio to ensure improvements to your overall fitness.
8 Week Nutrition Program
This program provides a framework for how to put meals and snacks together in a balanced way, to support mental and physical performance. It includes a meal-building strategy plus 25 gluten free recipes. The plan can be followed by both vegans and omnivores.
Feel Good Inury Prevention Programs
These routines are based on the perfect mix of mobility and stability for different areas of your body. The mobility exercises aim to create a reflex change in the nervous system or range of motion within a joint. The stability exercises use this new found range of motion and function to lock in those changes. These quick and painless programs offer a big return on your investment. Let’s get better together!
Weekly Pillar Lessons
Our pillar lessons will educate you on various topics that we believe provide an excellent foundation to build a healthy lifestyle. Each of the 8 weeks will feature one pillar lesson. From the importance of body awareness, the benefits of having a strong community to fall back on, nutrition tips and advice, and everything in between, we're sure you'll pick up some valuable information along the way!
Weekly LIVE Virtual Private Team Strength & Yoga Classes
Our Weekly Live Virtual Strength & Yoga Classes will complement our program and be a great way to sweat together as a community once a week! We’ll push ourselves with a workout during the first half of class and wrap up with a yoga flow, breath work and deep stretching. Each week we’ll progress and challenge ourselves as our program builds!
Weekly LIVE Group Virtual Nutrition Coaching & Check-In
Team members will join Cynthia live via Zoom weekly! Each week she’ll be covering a different aspect of the 8 Week Nutrition Program, followed by an open Q&A session.
Weekly LIVE Virtual Private Team Coaching Corners
Our weekly Coaching Corners provide team members an opportunity to connect with each other and our coaches! Our team of expert coaches will be present to provide you with digestible, science-backed answers to any questions or concerns you may have.
