A big part of our “Sound Mind, Sound Body” Challenge is to bring more awareness to where you currently are, and push yourself to grow.  Each day offers a different lesson and challenge designed to help you experience a more focused, intentional, and fulfilled life.

LIVE Community Sessions, Workouts, & Giveaways!

Join Line Up Coaches for a LIVE session every day to participate in workouts, dive into key topics, ask questions, and interact with fellow participants. All LIVE Session participants will be entered in to win daily prizes!

DAY 1: PUSH THE LIMIT

You know that exercising is beneficial, but it's more than just going through the motions. It takes grit, effort and consistency to truly reach your goals, mentally and physically. Do YOU have what it takes to keep pushing when the going gets tough? Or will you shy away and HOPE the goals are reached? We'll start the first day strong with a challenging workout that will test your limits.  

DAY 2: SLOW DOWN & SERVE

We believe that slowing down and serving others fosters the development of patience, empathy, and unbreakable strength. But in order for you to be truly of service, you must begin in a healthy place. We'll sweat and flow together in ways that leave you feeling stronger, full of gratitude, and ready to help others. 

DAY 3: BODY INTELLIGENCE

Once you unpack your injury history and explore the daily strain on your body your dysfunctions will begin to make sense. We'll help you understand the big picture. We'll also explore the critical role of circadian rhythm. Your body gets into a sleep rhythm based on your normal 24 hour schedule.  We’ll help you find and maintain the sweet spot of this rhythm, to drastically improve your energy level, cognition and mood.  

DAY 4: WHAT YOU'RE (NOT) EATING

The real key to eating healthfully is to focus on what to eat more of each day. This challenge will show you where to start and why, and includes a simple how-to strategy (spoiler: it’s easy, energizing, and delicious!). Additionally, a quick assessment to help you learn about your nutrition habits and relationship with food. 

DAY 5: BUILD COMMUNITY & CONSISTENCY

We believe that community, consistency, and commitment are essential to achieving your goals. We will show you the importance of having an accountability partner, and how to build daily habits that help you accomplish your mission (or even exceed your expectations). Plus, a workout will really put your limits to the TEST.
